Dan Schiavo

BIO
Dan joined Spectrum in April 2025 after working for over a decade in Banking and
Commercial Real Estate. He has extensive managerial and operational experience from his
time building a team and managing the workflow for the entire Commercial Real Estate
department at Brookline Bank during the peak of its growth. In addition to his time in
Banking, Dan worked on the private equity side of commercial real estate as a Director of
Underwriting and as an Asset Manager. He has extensive experience reviewing contracts
and assessing risk, both of which require a high level of attention to detail. Dan holds a
Bachelor of Science in Finance from Bentley University.
